[Oil/Water Separation Filter, EUTEC]

EUTEC has a wide area of usage, as in the removal of water moisture during production and shipment of oil from oil refinery plants, removal of oil contamination in water cooling systems of Ethylene manufacturing plants, separation of oil from red water, separation of oil from aqueous solutions for parts cleaning lines, water moisture removal on lubricants and working oils, and furthermore in removing water moisture in non-water solube(e.g.flourine) derived from distillation.
 

[FEATURES]
1.Use a non-woven filter media made of ultrafine fiber developed by Asahi Kasei.
2.Can separate oil and water by one passing process.
3.Large flow rate and long service life.
4.Automatically discharge the separated oil(water).

Mechanism

Minutely dispersed micrometer-order droplets of water(or oil) are captired by ultra-fine fibers in the oil/water separation filter, EUTEC, and coalesce with other captured droplets as they move along the fibers, to form millimeter-size drops which readily undergo gravity-driven stratification immediately upon their emergence from the coalescer.


T Series

Dispersed oil droplets in water-based cleaning solutions are coalesced from 1mm to 2mm diameter size drops from the coalescer filter, and immediately undergo gravity-driven stratification inside the vessel. Oil collected on the top portion of the vessel discharges automatically by means of a float detection system.
