A Happy New Year !

I'm very glad to have a happy new year with you.

But a tense atmosphere can be felt everywhere in the international society.

Relations with United States and Iraq is very strained.

Something is likely to happen on North Korea in connection with

the Nuclear Development Problem.

The situation of the international society is very unstable.

If Japan will be involved into war, we will have a serious damege to our business.

And noone can deny the possibility perfectly.

On the other hand, the Program for Financial Revival of Mr.Takenaka

(Financial Services Minister) will translate into action in this year.

Inspection of Financial Service Agency will reveal undercapitalized banks.

That will make banks grudge money to small and medium enterprises.

Some of our suppliers or customers may be damaged.

What shall we do in case of emergency ?

I believe Risk management is urgently required.

Providing is preventing.

We will equipe with the Risk Management Manuals in this year.

Whatever may happen we never put a trouble to our customers.

Our theme of this year is "Chang in Business Structure & Scale Expansion "

Though Japanese economy is very severe, Yamashin will execute our Business Plan steadily and make it realized.
