With fragrance of fragrant olive, September, the month of our settlement of
accounts, has finished.
Our sales amount of the 48th term is about 37 Million USD and we seem to
have achieved our target.
I really appreciate all your cooperation and support. With this regards,
I would like to liquidate all bad debts accumulated and would like to reserve
all funds necessary and then brace ourselves for the coming 49th term.
Our corporate policy is "Roka Ji Ni Tsukafuru". In Japanese, this means
contributing to our customers and society through filter business.
According to this policy we would like to satisfy our customers with
"Custom-made Filters" and "Quick Response".
At our Sales Division, we have reorganized sales teams according to trade
so that we can get information and requests from the industry and our clients.
Then, we will deal with them quickly. Precise information are very important
for our highly recommended "Custom-made Filters"
We have increased the number of engineers and divided also our Engineering
Division into "R&D Laboratory" and "Customer Support Center".
At our "Customer Support Center", we develop "Custom-made Filters" that
will fit customers' requirements which our sales teams brings to us.
Also, we will develop products that can adapt to environmental concerns.
"R&D Laboratory" is responsible for the development of filter media and
new techology of filtration systems in the atmosphere of our actual manufacturing
processes.
With regards to production, we will transfer the production lines to overseas'
subsidiary companies. (Yamashin Cebu Filter Mfg. Corp. & Yamashin Thai Ltd.)
We will strengthen our price competitiveness by this. Also we will purchase parts
and materials from all over the world and promote local procurement.
As a mother factory, Saga Factory will give advice and support to our overseas'
subsidiary companies on manufactuaring and quality assurance.
Now, Yamashin has embarked on the road to the theme of our Long-Term Plan
"To be a growing company with stable profits".
