According to Chinese Yi Ching (divination),
2005 is the year just like sprouts rises from the ground and
fresh leaves begin to come out from trees.
That means this year economy will be recovering and
every business will prosper and progress smoothly.
However, Yamashin will never forget our corporate philosophy
"Contribution towards Society through Filter Business"
Also this year, we will make efforts faithfully to achieve our business plan.
At the start of 2005, I'd like to confirm the situation
how we achieve the business plan of this term.
First of all, our long time dream "Customer Support System" shall be started this Spring.
From thousands of our filters, the customer wherein can select the optimal filter
that will satisfy their needs through the internet.
Of course, at the same time, we can offer the informations about
performance data, price, and cautions on usage,,, etc.
Even though a fresh salesman can offer our filteration technology like an expert,
that will strengthen "Customer Intimacy" more and more.
Also, this March, at CONEXPO in Las Vegas, U.S.A., we will exhibit
our newly-developed products that are environmental-friendly and easy-to-maintain.
In our Research and Development department,
other than developing new products,
we shall develope and improve the filter media continously
that can withhold the performance of Yamashin filters.
On the other hand, in our Production department,
we will establish a global production system, strengthen our production control,
that increase our conpetitiveness.
Also, our General Affairs department
shall improve and strengthen our management foundations
by upgrading our internal administration system and information system.
It is said that this year economy will be recovering and
every business will prosper and progress smoothly.
We really may be blessed by getting reputations, gainning credit,,,etc
However, Yamashin will never forget our corporate philosophy
we shall keep coolness and not to behave flamboyantly.
