Chinese New Year is the most celebrated holiday in China and most countries
in Southeast Asia.
Although this year Chinese New Year's Day is February 9, the homecoming
rush starts from January 25 in China.
Around 1 billion 970 million people will move by the end of this period.
Japan has only 127 million people in total population, so it is hard to imagine and
describe the hustle and bustle of the homecoming rush with so much people involve.
Japan in February becomes the time when the courtesy calls for the new year settles down
and comes Ritsu Shun (the beginning of spring in the traditional Japanese calendar).
For the beginning of spring I strongly recommend to make a short presentation
about your job.
"What is your job ? "
"Is it interesting ? "
"What is your problems ? "
"How do you want to improve it ? "
Let's try to briefly and concisely introduce your job in less than 3 minutes.
Then you can check by yourself how you face and cope with your job.
Now, please check what kind of words do you use ?
Fine, Easy, Happy, Young, Possible, Cheerful, Beautiful, Wealthy...
Is it full of positive and active words (Meigenso words) ?
Gloomy, Difficult, Impossible, Tired, Useless, Tiresome, Messy, Old, Give up, ...
Isn't it full of passive or negative words (Ambyoutan words) ?
I think it is true what is said that, "The heart decides its own fortune."
If you thinks you are happy, then happy you shall be.
If you thinks the opposite, then miserable you will be.
So, what really makes one happy or miserable depends much on one's own thinking.
How you can perform your duty perfectly if you don't think positive.
Are you really looking positively on your job ?
If ever your outlook is negative, I want this to be changed to a positive one by
all means.
It is your chance to change your own life and perspective.
In Spring, there are Personnel Reshuffle being done internally and externally.
At this time, the short presentation I mentioned above will be useful.
You can introduce yourself to the new person in charge how you have performed
your job and how you want to improve it.
I want such newly assigned personnel to pursue Yamashin's traditional ideology
and principles for a better life.
I hope for your continued patronage and support for Yamashin Filter Group.
Thank you.
