October 2005
(We aim further growth from October!)


It has become the season to smell the aroma of fragrant olives.

Fall has really come, and also October is the start of our new business period.

 

The sales amount in 50th business term (at the end of Sep.) reached to JPY 5.729 Billion.

The plan was set at JPY 5.7 Billion, so we had exceeded the target to around 5%.

Also the profit cleared that of last term, so this shows both growth of earnings and profit.

 

The increase on the sales revenue are not triggered by the price adjustment due to the

steel and other material cost increased.

I believe this is the result of all employees' efforts and cooperations besides a benefit

from a good world market.

From the bottom of my heart, I wish to thank sincerely each and everyone.

I'm very proud of our excellent employees. 

 

From October we aim further growth with a new company name, with a new policy and

with a new business plan.

Each department may have very difficult tasks ahead but each  manager has their own

unique strategy towards a new business period.

 

The Sales department shall further expand market share in construction machinery field.

Especially the expansion of market share in Euro and US are indispensable.

In the Process Filters field, it is essentially needed to establish a new business model.

 

To assist our Sales department we will build Customer Support Center in Euro and US

in addition to Tokyo CS Center.

As soon as possible we wish “Global Developement with Competition and Cooperation”

Also it is important to develop environment-friendly filters.

Filters are disposed after use, therefore it is necessary to consider the environment

measures from a development stage.

 

From a view point of risk management such as for earthquakes, tsunami, typhoons,

Saga factory should have competitiveness same as our oversea factories.  

We need more automaton, succession of excellent skills, improvement of core technology...

Introduction of APQP(Advanced Product Quality Planning and control plan) and PPAP

(Production Parts Planning Approval Process) are indispensable.

 

General Affairs and Accounting department shall upgrade our internal management systems.

The change of company name is a symbol of revamping.

We shall bear the pain of  this revamping for our future growth.

 

This new business plan are fulled with the spirit and enthusiasm of each manager.
