March 8th, 2007 "Explanation of 53rd Term's Business Policy Meeting" at Royal Park Hotel in Yokohama, Japan

April is the start of a New Fiscal Year. YAMASHIN-FILTER CORP. held the "Explanation of 53rd Term's Business
Policy Meeting"on March 8th, 2007 to explain our future business outlook, crowding around all around us were
many people inquiring about my business policy project. With especially Yokohama we had everyone together even
authorized personnel such as the bank, bank stock companies and incorporated accounting firm.

Then I went further to explain "how we would like to do what in the future in 5 years as a president", or
"business policy like this is, developed with this direction, as for production we would like to make this way,
as for financial affairs accounting like this we would like to do" , and so on and so on in each every section.
I had managed to explain all about my dreams and aspirations focusing on my determination to get these goals
accomplished.

After reaching this point where "Explanation of Business Policy Mmeeting" is held, already 10 years are covered in
this process.
As in all employees the dreams and determination must be just as deeply shared as within the president of a company.
In order to achieve this, there is excessiveness in work that is done. Also, the business plan long term though it
may be, must be taken seriously by all employees in order for it to be successfully implemented.

I think that at first if oneself is serious, and it is to be convinced to be drafting the future. It is to be strongly
convinced that I realize the vision as the president seriously. It is important to not stand in the way of this type
of enthusiasm where "Soul" or not all that is possible that has been put into a project or goal.

As a president, enthusiastic passion is this is the most important thing. Any idea or goal that is set out to be
accomplished with the utmost of passion or resolve can be accomplished, no matter what situations may arise.
The power to achieve this is born with courage and the power of the mind. In the face of any challenge, a powerful
resolve can encounter any crisis or challenge and overcome it.

In the future, as president of YAMASHIN-FILTER CORP. I am committed to completing these goals. As this being
my intention, if I have reached the point where mind is not string enough, then that is the time that I should retire.

Perhaps, many will say that this is only spiritual theory, and some may laugh. Indeed I am serious and I put "Soul"
to "53rd Term's Business Policy " and " Long-Term Business Plan for 2007" and beyond work. We look to expand
our business and expand our employee base to build a brighter future for our company.
I am serious.
