Special Attchment Use Filter Introduction

In-line Type:

• In-line filter installed between the return line of the special attachement and the hydraulic tank
• The appropriate choise of system will produce ideal filtration to handle conditions encountered while using special attachments. For example, the ability to handle large volumes of fine dust produced when using a breaker attachment.
• In order to withstand the changes in the pressure and the pulsating motion of the hydraulic fluid, these filter elements must endure, we strengthen the filter media to improve its durability. You can be assured of the reliability of these filter elements even when used under the severe conditions associated with the use of special attachments.
• Standard filtration efficiencies:
  B10 >= 100
  B6 >= 200
  Filtration efficiencies can be changed to suit with customers's individual needs.
• Even with the same efficiency and size, Yamashin can offer other performance enhancements if needed:
  1) Durability Improvements (enhanced durability to accommodate higher flow rates)
  2) Long Life(improved DHC: Dust Holding Capacity)

Return Type:

• Return type breaker element installed in the main return filter housing inside the hydraulic tank
• This filter has been modified from the main return filter installed in the hydraulic tank to be used for a special attachments, thus filter media is a high capacity and effciency type.
• We have improved the durability and the strength for these filter element media in order to effectively deal with the large changes in flow rate in the main return circuit and the return hydraulic fluid associated with the special attachment.
• Even in cases when the use of special attachments is limited, these filters provide high levels of filtration which can significantly improve overall hydraulic fluid contamination control.
• Standard filtration efficiencies (same as in-line type):
  B10 >= 10
  B6 >= 200
  Filtration effciencies can be changed to suit with customer's individual needs.
• When the use of special attachments is no longer necessary, the return type breaker element can be simply replaced with with a standard filter element.
