New Filter Product Characteristic
Recently, the demand for improvements in pure fluid production
has risen due to difficult conditions within clients' processes.
Also, there is an increasing demand for using higher fluid
flow rates.
In response to this, YAMASHIN-FILTER CORP. is introducing a new
product line-up involving an Φ 83-mm diameter sized filter.
This line-up consists of the VSP, VTF, VWP, and VWE filter series.
Compared to existing filter products, these filters are much more
suitable for high flow rates due there low pressure drop characteristics
and superb particle removal.

Product Line-up
Though filters still under development are included, this
line-up basically satisfies various existing applications.
1.VSP Series
*For pure to ultra-pure water filtration applications.
*Uses a clean new water-based membrane with exceedingly few liquated
partilcles and resistance
that can be recovered through a little rinsing.
*Available in abs.0.1, 0.2, 0.45 micron filter ratings.
2.VTF Series
*For strong acids, strong alkali, photoimagable resist chemicals or various solvent filtration applications.
*Since it is made of solvent resistant PTFE membrane, applications are wide and varied.
*Available in abs.0.1, 0.2, 0.45, 1.5 micron filter ratings.
3.VWP Series
*For strong acids, strong alkali, various solvents and pure water
pre-filter applications.
*Made entirely of polypropylene Since a binderless, fully integrated pattern of long
fiber
media is used, the problem of fiber secession or any binder liquation
is practically eliminated.
4.VWE Series
*For pure water and various solvent filtration applications.
*By using ultra-fine polyester fiber media, this filter shows high filtration efficiency for calendar management.
*Like the VWP series、there is no need to worry about
binder liquation or fiber succession.
