Impact of the curfews in Cebu, Philippines on YAMASHIN business performance

Due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, curfews and other measures have been enforced in some areas of Cebu, Philippines, and the period of those measures has been extended to continue to fight against the spread of the virus infection.

 

At present, there is no major impact on the operation of the company’s subsidiary (YAMASHIN CEBU MANUFACTURING CORP.). However, we will continue to develop a new production system centering on the Saga Factory according to our BCP to ensure continuous stable supply.

 

Currently we are investigating impacts on Yamashin Group’s business performance due to the coronavirus. We will announce any significant financial impacts once we confirm there is any.
