In most cases, an air-conditioning system consisting of Air Handling Units (AHUs) + a single duct is used for large buildings measuring 50, 000 msup{2} or more. The smaller a building is, the more likely that individual units such as small-scale heat pumps will be employed. There is a recent trend of buildings in the range of 5,000 msup{2} to 30,000 msup{2} transitioning to such individual systems. Fan-coil units are the most common type of air conditioner used in perimeter zones, with the rest being packaged units, through-the-wall units, etc.

Air Handling Unit

An Air Handling Unit (AHU) consists of air blowers (fans), heat exchangers (coils), humidifiers, air filters and a casing. AHUs are primarily used in large air-conditioning systems.

Types of available air filters

This filter removes particles with a diameter of more than 5 μm.

This long-lasting, pleated filter removes particles with a diameter of more than 5 μm.

This filter has a medium collection efficiency for particles with a diameter less than 5 μm.

Packaged Air Conditioner (Ceiling)

A heat-pump unit consisting of one outdoor unit, multiple indoor units, and refrigerant piping. The indoor unit is embedded in the ceiling, eliminating the need for ductwork and enabling individual control. Used in small and medium buildings and stores.

Types of available air filters

This filter removes particles with a diameter of more than 5 μm.

This long-lasting, pleated filter removes particles with a diameter of more than 5 μm.

This filter has a medium collection efficiency for particles with a diameter less than 5 μm.

Air Purifier

This air-conditioning product removes fine invisible particles from the air (pollen, household dust, etc.) and odors (from pets, cooking, etc.).

Types of available air filters

This filter removes particles with a diameter of more than 5 μm.

The collection efficiency is 99.97% or more for 0.3-μm particles.

Capable of dealing with a variety of gaseous substances within the air, this product offers superior purification performance.

External Air Intake

The intakes are equipped with air filters to ensure that clean air is inducted to the indoor space from the ductwork.

Types of available air filters

This filter removes particles with a diameter of more than 5 μm.

This long-lasting, pleated filter removes particles with a diameter of more than 5 μm.

Vent

This device is installed in the ceiling, walls, and/or floor of the target space, where it handles heat and contamination and keeps the room’s air at a uniform temperature, humidity, quality, and flow rate by supplying conditioned air to the space via the connected ducts.

This filter removes particles with a diameter of more than 5 μm.

This long-lasting, pleated filter removes particles with a diameter of more than 5 μm.

Kitchen Hood

A kitchen hood, or an air intake installed in the kitchen, draws harmful substances such as oil and odors into the duct.

Types of available air filters

An air filter designed to remove oil mist.

Can be used in commercial kitchen exhausts.

Exhaust Treatment Unit (Kitchen)

This device utilizes a combination of fans and air filters to remove the odors generated in kitchens, then exhaust the air.
