The production process creates nanofibers from a wide selection of polymers with different properties, which offers a high degree of freedom in terms of shape. It also makes small-lot sizes a breeze.

The COVID-19 global pandemic has significantly changed the state of economic affairs and how people live. In these times, the release of our Zexeed mask based on YAMASHIN NANO FILTER™ technology was met with a great deal of enthusiasm. As a medical grade* mask that can be worn daily, this new product transforms the status quo to bring people peace of mind and improved quality of life.
*“Medical grade” refers to the mask grade meeting the N95 standard set by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). This standard is cited in the “Guideline on Maintenance of Medical Equipment and Materials in Medical Systems for new influenza and other infectious diseases,” issued by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, as one of effective mask standards. The results of PFE tests by the Kaken Test Center and BFE/VFE tests by Nelson Labs demonstrate that the filtration performance of YAMASHIN filter masks is comparable to that of N95 masks.
