Impact of the Earthquake in Southern Philippines on Our Group Operations

At approximately 8:38 AM (JST) on June 8, 2026, a magnitude 8.2 earthquake occurred near Mindanao Island in the Philippines.
At present, no tremors have been observed at our group’s manufacturing base in Cebu Island, YAMASHIN CEBU FILTER MANUFACTURING CORP., and no injuries have been reported. The plant continues to operate as normal.
In addition, no impacts have been confirmed on our suppliers in Cebu Island and Manila, or logistics operations including Cebu Port and Mactan-Cebu International Airport, all of which remain operational.
